We offer competitive traveling teams across multiple age groups. Built for athletes who are serious about growing their game, our teams compete throughout Southern California and beyond.

Motivate was built on the belief that competitive volleyball should be accessible to every athlete regardless of where they're starting from. Our club teams are the core of the vision -- a place where players commit to the sport and grow with their team.
Whether your athlete is joining competitive volleyball for the first time or returning for another season, our coaching staff places every player on a team matched to their age and skill level.
All Motivate club teams compete under SCSN affiliation, with access to regional and national tournament circuits throughout the season. Practices are held weekly in Santa Clarita, with tournament travel covering SoCal and select national events.

TRYOUT
DATES.
Tryouts are held each fall for all age groups. All athletes are welcome -- no prior club experience required. We evaluate players on fundamentals, coachability, and team compatibility.
